2005: Transitioned to HR Recruitment, specialising in Cambridge, East Anglia, and London.

2010: Became an independent HR Recruitment consultant, extending my services across the UK and Europe.

2024: Approaching 20 years in HR Recruitment, still passionate about connecting HR professionals with new opportunities.
